Rochelle was born and raised in Washington DC and Graduated from the Art Institute of Washington with an Associates in Culinary Arts. She has traveled to Italy to study wine pairing as well as Italian Cuisine. After becoming a Vegetarian, and wanting to help others change their way of eating to a healtheir diet, she thought it would be a great idea to incooperate skin wellness into the picture as well. SAFI SPIRIT was founded on the basis of creating a natural and healthy way of caring for your skin.
